My Story

I'm a product designer with a background in furniture and industrial design. Today, I design tools to help people (and agents) work, communicate, and collaborate better.

Previously, I designed subway-tiled shower surrounds for Kohler, improved the credit card experience for Citizens Bank, and created furniture inspired by Chinese philosophy—some just whimsical and fun.

I'm passionate about the creative process, sharing stories, and designing for systemic issues to make social impact.

My Approach

My approach to UX design always starts with understanding the user, the business, and the domain context to identify strategic opportunities. I believe great design is created through feedback and iterative learning. I enjoy thinking outside the box to solve old problems in new ways.
